Customers in France, Italy, Spain, Mexico, and Australia will need to decide on enduring the served advertisements or paying extra by late next year.

Amazon reiterated its goal to have “meaningfully fewer ads than linear TV and other streaming TV providers” in the email sent to subscribers.
